Resolution of 16 July 2019 311/2019 / R / idr. Regulation of default in the integrated water service
This provision illustrates the directives for containing and managing arrears in the integrated water service, forming part of the Authority’s intervention line aimed at regulating the procedures and timing for the formal notice and the suspension / limitation of the supply for end users, however protecting vulnerable users. Settlement of default in the SII applies from 1 January 2020.
