The CESISP Scientific Committee is composed of scholars and experts with proven experience, drawn from academia, public institutions and the business sector. Its membership reflects the multidisciplinary approach that characterises the Centre: it includes economists, lawyers, engineers, physicists and other specialists capable of contributing to critical analysis and the formulation of CESISP’s strategic guidelines

In accordance with the Statutes, the Scientific Committee performs advisory, consultative and policy-making functions. It works with the Scientific Director to define the Centre’s activities, evaluates the results achieved and approves annual plans, including proposals for the use of financial resources. Furthermore, it may propose amendments to the Statutes and contribute to the overall direction of the Centre’s research and public engagement activities, ensuring their scientific rigour and public impact.
